A Reflective Journey through  the Initial School Quarter: II      As the second grading period comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the challenges, triumphs, and growth I have experienced throughout these past few months. This period has been marked by a whirlwind of emotions, self-discovery, and personal triumphs.     A Fusion of Tradition  and Festivity The Vigan Fiesta Celebration is an annual event commemorating the city's patron saint, St. Paul, which falls on January 25th. This grand fiesta celebration brings together people from all over the province, celebrating the city's unique history and culture. It’s a new year, and with it comes the promise of change and new beginnings.
