A Reflective Journey through  the Initial School Quarter: II      As the second grading period comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the challenges, triumphs, and growth I have experienced throughout these past few months.     A Fusion of Tradition  and Festivity The Vigan Fiesta Celebration is an annual event commemorating the city's patron saint, St. Paul, which falls on January 25th. This grand fiesta celebration brings together people from all over the province, celebrating the city's unique history and culture. One of the most anticipated parts of this celebration is the Marching Band competition. MARCHING BAND COMPETITION      The Marching Band competition in Vigan Fiesta Celebration features different schools and groups from the whole province, who put on a spectacle of music, marching, and synchronization. It’s a new year, and with it comes the promise of change and new beginnings. As the fireworks light up the night sky, I can't help but feel a sense of hope and excitement for what the next 365 days will bring. This year, I’ve decided to fully embrace the idea of “new year, new me” and make some positive changes in my life.   The holiday season has always been a time of reflection for me. It’s a time to look back on the past year and evaluate my accomplishments, as well as my shortcomings. And as I look back on the year that has just passed, I can't help but feel like I could have done more.
